George Nenyi Kojo Andah

George Nenyi Kojo Andah is a Ghanaian politician and former Member of Parliament for Awutu Senya West Constituency. He also served as the Deputy Minister for Communications in Ghana.

Early life and Education

George, originally from Senya Beraku in Ghana's Central Region, was born on April 27, 1970. He attended Achimota School for his secondary education and later enrolled at KNUST, where he pursued a bachelor's degree in Biochemistry. Additionally, George obtained an MBA in marketing from the University of Ghana Business School.

George has an impressive career history with renowned companies. He started as the marketing director at Guinness Ghana Breweries Ltd. and later became the Chief Marketing Officer at Scancom Limited. He also held significant roles in the MTN Group and Bharti Airtel Nigeria, where he served as the Chief Marketing Officer. Additionally, George served as the Chief Operating Officer at Glo Mobile Ghana and the Regional Director of Marketing Promotions at Globacom, overseeing operations in multiple countries.

Additionally, he held a position at the Accra main branch of SG-SSB between March 2001 and April 2002. Moreover, he serves as both the Member of Parliament representing the Awutu Senya West Constituency in the 7th Parliament of the 4th Republic and the Deputy Minister for Communications.

In 2008, he was awarded the CIMG Marketing Person of the Year. He was appointed chief. In 2019, he was recognized as the Humanitarian Member of Parliament of the Year and received the United Clergy International Association (UCIA) award. Additionally, he was honored with the MTN Mobile Money Builder Award in the same year
