Alex Adomako-Mensah

Alex Adomako-Mensah is a Ghanaian politician who serves as the Member of Parliament for the Sekyere Afram Plains Constituency in the Ashanti Region, Ghana.

Education

Alex Adomako-Mensah obtained his MBA from the University of Leicester in the UK in 2001 and subsequently became an Associate Member (ACIM) of the Chartered Institute of Marketing in 2003. He was also granted membership in the Chartered Management Institute (MCMI) by the Chartered Institute of Marketing in the UK in 2006.

Political life

Alex Adomako-Mensah was elected as the Member of Parliament for Sekyere Afram Plains in the 2016 Ghanaian parliamentary election, winning with 60.85% of the total votes cast.

Robbery attack

On August 14, 2017, the MP was assaulted by unidentified armed robbers while traveling from Kumasi to Kumawu in the evening.
