Kwabena Okyere Darko-Mensah is a Ghanaian Member of Parliament representing the Takoradi constituency in the Western Region.

Darko-Mensah, a biochemist and hotelier, worked as Operations Manager at Ahenfie Hotel from 1995 to 1998 and later served as Managing Director at e-Base Africa Ltd from 2001 to 2006.

He also held the role of Director of Operations at Guest House Maggi from 2003 to 2008. Additionally, he chaired the finance committee of the Sekondi-Takoradi Metropolitan Assembly, the third largest city in Ghana, before entering parliament.

Darko-Mensah became a Member of Parliament for the Takoradi constituency on January 7, 2009, representing the New Patriotic Party, and has consistently won re-election in subsequent contests since 2009, including the 2012 and 2016 elections.

Darko-Mensah served as the Deputy Minister for Aviation from 2017, appointed by Nana Akufo-Addo, until February 2019 when he was appointed Regional Minister for the Western Region.
